According to the adopted in March 2009, changes in the law section of land can only be done after the new owner will receive a state act that establishes the ownership of the plot. In case there are multiple state certificates of land alienation of one of them becomes possible only after a state certificate will be issued certifying the ownership of each of these sections. After separation / merging of land plots, each of them is assigned a new cadastral number.

For the separation procedure / associations of land must submit the following documents:

1. Statement (notarized) of section / association plots.
2. A notarized copy of state certificate.
3. Copies of passport and Tax (for individuals), notarized copies of registration certificate, charter, certificate of tax payment information from a single state register of enterprises and organizations (for legal entities).
