The privatization of land  is the transition of ownership of land a person or entity.

Citizen who is a user-earth and interested in its privatization, must apply to the local state administration bodies on the location of this site. The local government body or executive authority is considering an application filed during the month and issue a decision to develop a project of privatization of land.

Time of execution of work: the development of documentation for 1-2 days.Authorization takes place in a period of 14 to 180 days depending on where the plot.

For privatization of land must submit the following documents:

1. Original decisions made by the state administration, in which competence is the transfer of land ownership. This decision rural, urban, regional, Kyiv and Sevastopol administration.
2. A copy of the master plan or project is the formation of boundaries.
3. Copies of the documents on buildings and structures (if registered).
4. Copies of passport and Tax (for individuals), a notarized copy of registration certificate, a copy of the certificate of tax payment, a copy of the single state register of certificates of enterprises and organizations (for legal entities).
