Each plot has a specific target. Often, owners need to change the target value of land holdings. To do this you need to apply (petition) to the authority in charge of the given site. The application must provide copies of: state certificate confirming the right of ownership of land, copies of passports and taxpayer identification number, as well as the rationale for the changes intended purpose (it is necessary to explain why you want to change the destination site, like you do not want to be provided with accommodation and in this site to build a house). Documents will be reviewed and will be issued permission to change the target value of the land, then you need to develop a project to coordinate it with all the authorities and give approval to the authority which issued the permission to change the purpose of land. Only then will register a new act of state, which will indicate the new assignment of land.

Change of purpose of land is carried out in several stages. To develop a project takes 1-2 days for approval and can take up to six weeks.

To perform this procedure, you must provide:

1. Original decision of state administration, which is competent to issue permits to replace the intended purpose.
2. With permission of architecture, and must provide it.
3. Natural persons must provide copies of passports and taxpayer identification number, for legal entities must submit a notarized copy of registration certificate, charter, certificate of tax payment and information, an extract from a single state register of enterprises and organizations.
